Terms & Conditions

Welcome to firestoppingqs.services. By accessing and using this website, and by purchasing firestopping quantity take-off and cost estimation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Scope of Services

firestoppingqs.services provides services for firestopping quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and the analysis of related project data. Clients may submit project drawings, technical specifications, scopes of work, and other relevant materials; based on the information received, we will review the project scope and prepare the corresponding quantity and cost estimates.

The estimation results will be produced based on the materials provided by the client and the agreed scope of service, and will be delivered electronically.

  1. Service Quotations

After the client submits project materials and requirements, we will determine the service quotation based on the project scale, the completeness of the materials, and the scope of work.

Should there be significant changes to the information upon which the quotation was based, the scope of service or the fees may require re-confirmation. Any additional work shall only proceed following client confirmation.

  1. Payment and Billing

Services offered on the website are one-time purchases. Upon purchasing a service, the client pays a single fee for the specific service or project selected; this does not constitute an automatic renewal, a recurring subscription, or ongoing billing.

Clients must complete payment at the price displayed on the website or as mutually agreed upon. Service processing typically begins upon receipt of valid payment and confirmation of project materials.

If the materials provided by the client are insufficient to carry out the work within the agreed scope, we may need to contact the client to request additional information.

  1. Client-Provided Materials

Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use the submitted drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and other materials, and that such materials are suitable for use in this service.

Clients should provide project materials that are as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible. Discrepancies in estimations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or changed information provided by the client may necessitate a re-evaluation of the service scope.

  1. Intellectual Property

Except for project materials legally owned by the client, all intellectual property rights associated with the estimation documents, reports, calculation structures, data organization methods, text content, website content, and related materials produced by firestoppingqs.services belong to the respective rights holders.

Upon completion of payment, the client may use the results produced and delivered for their project—including for budgeting, quoting, planning, and internal cost management purposes. Without authorization, the Client shall not copy, sell, resell, publicly release, commercially distribute, or provide the website content and service deliverables to third parties as standalone products.

The original intellectual property rights regarding drawings, specifications, and other project materials uploaded by the Client remain vested in the Client or the relevant rights holders.

  1. Acceptable Use

The Client may lawfully access the website, submit accurate project materials, purchase services, and use the deliverables for reasonable business purposes related to their own projects.

The Client shall not:

Submit false, misleading, or illegal materials;
Use the website to engage in fraud or other unlawful activities;
Unauthorizedly access, copy, or use other clients’ materials;
Interfere with the normal operation of the website or attempt to bypass website security measures;
Unauthorizedly copy, resell, or redistribute service deliverables;
Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal interests of third parties.

In the event of a violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate the relevant services and take further measures where applicable.

  1. Estimation Results and Limitation of Liability

Quantity and cost estimates are prepared based on drawings, specifications, the scope of work, and other available materials submitted by the Client. These results serve as references for project budgeting, quotations, and cost planning; they do not guarantee that actual construction costs, material prices, or final project expenses will align exactly with the estimates.

To the extent permitted by law, firestoppingqs.services shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccuracies, incompleteness, or obsolescence of materials provided by the Client, or from discrepancies between actual project conditions and the submitted materials.

We shall not be liable—beyond the limits permitted by applicable law—for delays or losses caused by network failures, system malfunctions, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In any event, the scope of our liability shall be subject to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

  1. Delivery of Service Deliverables

Upon completion of the agreed work, estimation results and related reports are typically delivered electronically. The Client must ensure the provision of a valid email address or other necessary receipt information.

If the project scope, drawings, or specifications undergo significant changes after the service has commenced, additional work may require a separate quotation and be processed upon the Client’s confirmation.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

If the Client wishes to cancel purchased services, they should contact us as soon as possible. For orders where processing has not yet commenced, we will assess the feasibility of cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

If the relevant calculation work has already begun, any refund may be affected by the volume of work completed, the review of materials, and the status of service processing. Specific refund arrangements shall be subject to applicable laws and the scope of services agreed upon by both parties.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Should the client have any questions regarding the services, payments, or deliverables, they should first contact us via the channels provided on firestoppingqs.services; we will endeavor to resolve the issue through consultation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution avenues in accordance with applicable laws, including court proceedings where appropriate.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales; however, mandatory consumer rights or other non-excludable rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising in connection with the services provided on this website may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales having competent jurisdiction.

  1. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in service content, website functionality, or applicable laws. Updated terms will be published on the website.

Your continued use of firestoppingqs.services or purchase of related services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
